全金属螺杆泵蒸汽吞吐注采一体化试油技术

Integrated steam stimulation and injection-production by all metal screw pump

摘要:          试油排液是获得油田开发地层产能数据及参数的常用方法,而对于注蒸汽热采开发稠油井的试油排 液,采用常规排液方法存在机抽排液进泵难、水力泵排液热损失大、橡胶定子螺杆泵无法用于高温井举升问题。文 章提出了以全金属螺杆泵为核心的注蒸汽、热采一体化高温排液试油技术,设计了一体化排液管柱及热采配套工 具,测试分析了不同介质黏度、转速条件下全金属螺杆泵工作性能。通过 2口井现场应用表明,全金属螺杆泵最长 生产周期达到 18个月继续有效,泵效保持在 50%以上,工作温度达到 380℃,为稠油热采井高温举升、试油排液提 供了新技术。

Abstract:  The development of heavy oil reservoir is of vital importance for stable production of oil fields. The acquisition of thermal production reservoir’ s stratigraphic productivity data usually relies on testing production. An integrated injection-production testing technique featured by all-mental screw pump is proposed in this paper, integrated injection-production pipe string and matching tools are designed, work performance of all-mental screw pump is tested and analyzed. Field tests on two wells prove all-mental screw pump’ s maximum operation temperature is 380 ℃ , screw pump can be used in integrated steam injection-test production of thermal recovery wells, the life has reached 18months and the pump is still working with pump efficiency stabilized at 50% , which still meets the needs of test production of thermal recovery.
